What languages does the AI phone assistant support?
fonea speaks Swiss German, Standard German, French, Italian and English. The caller's language is automatically detected and the assistant responds in the same language.
Can the assistant book appointments?
Yes. fonea integrates with Google Calendar, Microsoft 365 and other calendar systems to book appointments directly during the call.
Can the assistant be personalised?
Yes. You can customise the greeting, conversation style and instructions so your assistant matches your business.

How much does fonea cost?
The Basic plan costs CHF 90 per month and includes 120 minutes of AI call time. Additional minutes can be added as needed.

Data protection
How secure is the data my AI assistant processes?
Data protection is our top priority. All conversations and information are securely processed in compliance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (FADP) and the GDPR. Data is stored in Switzerland.
Is fonea FADP and GDPR compliant?
Yes. fonea is fully compliant with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). All data is processed in Switzerland or the EU.
Is my data used for AI training?
No. Your data is never used for training AI models.
