Transient voice processing runs on European servers in Germany with DPF or SCC safeguards. The revised FADP and the GDPR are respected — important because clubs are subject to the same data-processing obligations as SMEs.

No. After setup, fonea runs autonomously. A board member receives a weekly call overview by email or dashboard. Changes to scripts (new training times, updated event price) take minutes in the dashboard — no technical know-how needed.
