Connect your existing business phone number to CallAssist AI using call forwarding. No number change required.

How it works

You set up "forward on no answer" on your existing phone number. When a customer calls and you don't pick up after a few rings, the call is automatically forwarded to your CallAssist AI assistant. Your customers keep calling the same number they already know.

Good to know

Caller ID

The original caller's phone number is always preserved and visible to the AI assistant, so we can log who called.

Cost

Call forwarding is free on all Swiss carriers. You only pay for the forwarded call at your normal rates (usually included in unlimited plans).

Disable

You can disable forwarding at any time with a single code or from your carrier's app. Use ##002# to cancel all forwarding on any carrier.
